This document contains the sales terms and conditions that govern bulk orders on We publish information on the website to provide a service to users, but decline any responsibility of the possibility of eventual technical inaccuracy and/or typographical errors. Once notified, we will execute an immediate correction. We also reserve the right to make corrections and changes to the website when necessary, without giving prior notice. All orders for products are subject to availability and in this regard, in the event of supply difficulties or because products are no longer in stock, we will refund what you might have paid.


Each order you submit is a non-binding offer from you to purchase merchandise in exchange of payment. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on the website. While we will make reasonable efforts to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that may require us to refuse to process an order after we have sent you an Order Confirmation; and we reserve the right to refuse to process an order at any time, at our sole discretion.

We will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the website, whether it has been sold or not, removing or editing any materials or contents on the website or for refusing to process or accept an order after we have sent you the Order Confirmation.

a) Create a profile with your business/entity details;

b) Our team will check the details and make sure you are eligible to enter this B2B platform;

c) If so, you will receive an email confirming your profile;

d) When interested in asking for a quotation, enter in your account, browse the products and place in the basket what you are interested in. Make sure to insert the right amounts of each product. The quantities will impact their price;

e) Proceed until the “request a quotation” button and proceed;

f) You will receive a sum-up of your request;

g) Our team will evaluate the feasibility of the order in the requested timing and will calculate the shipping costs;

h) Our team will update your quotation and send you a final version via email. Please note that this quotation is valid for one month from its receipt; products are subject to availability;

i) If you are ready to place the order, click on it, put the chosen payment method and proceed to check-out. Make sure that the invoicing details in your account page as well as the shipping address entered at the time of the request for quotation are correct. Payment must be made within 5 working days from order submittal unless differently agreed between parties;

The contract starts when the customer has accepted the offer. It ends when the conditions contained therein have been fulfilled (products have been delivered and paid).

When the customer accepts the quotation electronically, they have time to dissolve the contract until the moment that ESS confirms receiving the acceptance of the offer.

When the customer accepts the quotation, ESS still has the right to revoke the offer within three working days from its acceptance. In this case, the shop informs the customer immediately of this revocation.

If it turns out that the customer has provided incorrect data when accepting the contract, or when concluding it, the shop is only entitled to fulfill the obligation after the correct data has been provided.


7.1 Prices

The price of the products shall be the one quoted on our Website. While we take care to ensure that all prices quoted on our Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product(s) you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled and if you have already paid for the product(s) you will receive a full refund.

We are under no obligation to sell the product(s) to you at the incorrect (lower) price (even after we have sent you a Shipment Confirmation) if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as such. All prices are exclusive of shipping charges and sales tax (if applicable). The total cost of the order is the price of the product(s) ordered plus the delivery charge and sales tax (if applicable). Prices may change at any time.

Sales tax is charged (if applicable) according to the shipping address of your order as required by applicable regulations.

7.2 Payments

Payment must be made within 5 working days from order confirmation. It may be made by:

• Bank transfer

• Purchase Order (followed by bank transfer).

Any legally permissible validation and authorization of your card will apply.

Payment for orders will be made to Olly Services S.r.l. By clicking on the "Place Order" button, you are confirming that the chosen method of payment is yours.

If you choose to pay via bank transfer, you will have to send the bank transfer from your banking account to ours. If you do not make the bank transfer within 15 days from placing the order, we will cancel your request. We will try to contact you via email before then, but in case there is no answer the order will be cancelled.

If you choose to pay with a Purchase Order or Bank Transfer, it is necessary to attach them via e-mail at specifying your name and the Order Number in the Subject, for it to be processed. No order is worked if the PO or Bank Transfer are not validated first.


Subject to the provisions of para. 2, and unless there are any exceptional circumstances, we will endeavour to fulfil your order for product(s) listed in the Order Confirmation within the communicated delivery time. Please consider that there could be some delays during particular periods of the year (e.g. Christmas time, Black Friday), for unforeseen circumstances (e.g. limitations caused by public health issues) and because of the delivery area (e.g. islands). If you pay via PO or bank transfer, the package is processed only after we receive the payment.

Merchandise that we deliver to you becomes your property at the time that you receive it.

8.1. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of each article and to the dimension of each package. They can vary depending on destination. The shipping costs are communicated when presenting the requested quotation. We mainly ship in pallets.

8.2 Important shipping information

Please take the following information into consideration:

•All orders require a signature upon receipt;

•You can check all the information about your package through the informative email that the courier or ESA Space Shop sends to you at the moment;

•It is your responsibility to give a correct and complete address and contacts (meaning street address, civic number, ZIP code, e-mail address, phone number, and any other relevant details). We use different couriers therefore the address must be a place attainable by all couriers. If the delivery service cannot deliver the parcel due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer might face eventual extra charges and the shop will not be held responsible for non-delivery or delays.

8.3. Tracking order

As soon as your order has left the warehouse, the courier or ESA Space Shop will send you a dispatch notification with tracking information.

8.4. When do we ship?

ESA Space Shop delivers through international courier services from Monday to Friday during working hours. Please note that couriers do not carry out any deliveries on bank holidays. The shipping time for your order is specified in the bulk quotation you will receive.

8.6. Delivery attempts and temporary storage

If our delivery services find no one at the given address, they will try to deliver the package one or two more times. Temporary storage will be carried out at the courier’s warehouse or local post office. In this case you will be notified by the courier or ESA Space Shop. The storage will last 3 working days. Any potential costs will be borne by the recipient. If you do not collect the package within this slot of time, it will be sent back to ESA Space Shop warehouse. Costs to reship the parcel will be borne by the customer.

8.7. Duties and taxes

When transporting goods across international borders, shipments are subject to duties and taxes as determined by customs in the destination country. Please note that customs fees are excluded from the order and should be paid by the client.

All the goods ordered on ESA Space Shop are sent from Italy.


The guarantee of conformity of the product is of 12 (twelve) months and starts from the date of delivery of the same. ESA Space Shop exclusively guarantees that the products comply with the details and technical specifications given in the product description in the quotation.

Eventual claims regarding defects of the supplied products must be submitted in writing via e-mail to within 8 days from the discovery of the defect (date to be clearly demonstrated), after which all rights fall.

The above email must contain:

1) all the data contained in the order;

2) ESS invoice number, if available;

3) products’ shipment date (or date written in the shipping note);

4) clear explanation of the defect(s);

5) photo of the defect(s);

6) name and contact details of the contact person from the customer side.

Olly Services reserves the right to examine the validity of the complaints.

If the complaint proposed in the manner indicated above reveals to be founded, the Supplier will, at its discretion, within 30 days, either:

•refund the amount paid

•correct the non-conformity

•or replace the non-conforming products.

In any case, the supplier's liability for defects in conformity with the technical description cannot exceed the price of the product initially paid by the customer. The supplier has the right to get back the disputed products.

In the event that the complaints turn out to be unfounded, the Supplier may charge the inspection costs to the customer. However, complaints and disputes do not give the customer the right to delay or suspend payments.
